Please take time to read through the information below pertaining to our training program expectations. The below information is provided to students ahead of time in order to make sure that students get the most out of training and the process flows smoothly and we can focus as much time as possible on you and setting you up for success.
A $1000 deposit is required to hold a seat in our training program. If you are registering for more than one training the deposit will be $1000 per course registered for. This deposit is non-refundable. Any other form of deposit or payments made towards any course are also 100% non-refundable. If something comes up and a student cannot proceed with the training date that they committed to, we require a 30-day notice of rescheduling. If 30-days notice is provided, we will make a one-time transfer of the deposit and registration to our next scheduled course date. If we do not receive a 30-day notice, the deposit is forfeited.
If a student is sick, we will evaluate this scenario on a case by case basis. We understand that things come up that are out of our control. We reserve the right to ask for a doctor's note.
The remaining balance for course fees are due 15-days prior to the start date of class. If the invoice is not paid on time, late fees of $25/day will apply. This ensures that students are serious about learning from us and taking our class. This also ensures that we can properly prepare for each student in order to provide the best training experience possible. Once the remaining balance is received, it is non-refundable, and will only be transferred to the next available class.
Access to our student portal will be given 14 days prior to the start of the course, and once the final payment of the remaining course balance is paid. If a student pays in full at any point before the course start date, access will be given immediately.
Models are an important part of hands-on learning. Students are required to bring their own models to class. Models will each pay $100, it is up to the student on if the model pays or the student. If a student lives more than 4 hours away, Bowerman Artistry will do their best to provide models for students but it is not a guarantee.
Model pre-screening information including pictures and all consent form information is required to be sent 2 weeks before class to Info@BowermanArtistry.com
As class approaches, communication is imperative. If a student fails to communicate with us regarding models, final payment, etc, within 2 weeks of class, we reserve the right to withdraw their seat from class. (We have had students in the past ignore us completely and then fail to come to class. We hold seats for them, which results in another student losing the opportunity to join our class.)
All posted course hours may vary from start to finish based on what the class needs, the number of students and other factors. We are always willing to stay to answer questions and make sure that students are grasping concepts prior to moving on.
Some of our courses include two trainers, however, if the class is smaller than 3-4 students, the course may or may not only have one trainer. Private training courses with one of our trainers can be arranged by emailing us at Info@BowermanArtistry.com.
Although it is very unlikely, if one or both of our trainers are sick, the class will need to be rescheduled. If a new date aside from the already scheduled dates cannot be added due to the trainers’ schedules (the trainers are also practicing artists with their own clientele), registrations will be transferred to the next scheduled course date. If the trainers are able to add another training date and the student is unable to attend, the student will be transferred to the next scheduled course date.
All credit card and financing options will be charged a 4% Sales & Processing fee on every transaction.
If a live model demonstration is included as part of class, the demonstration is subject to model availability.
Previous students receive a discount on future training courses with us. There is a limit of one discount per training, and can not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
